Parent Teacher Conferences will be held Wednesday, March 16.  This is the second Parent Teacher Conference event of the school year.  A parent teacher conference is a short meeting between you and the teacher to discuss your child’s academic performance, expectations and experiences at school. These meetings help you understand what is being taught in class, how your child is progressing and how you can help to support your child’s success. If you are not able to attend Parent Teacher Conferences, you can contact the teacher via PupilPath for an update.

  1. Teacher meetings are to be scheduled through Microsoft Bookings.
  2. There are a limited number of conference slots available.  We ask that you schedule a meeting with those teachers you have questions for or for classes where you have concerns about your child’s progress.
  3. Each meeting will be allotted 10 minutes.  If you feel that you need more time you can schedule to meet with the teacher during Family Engagement Hours which will be offered after Parent Teacher Conferences.
  4. How do you know which teachers to meet?  You may find the teachers listed in your NYC Schools Account (NYCSA), PupilPath or you can ask your child.
  5. Review your child’s progress via PupilPath before you meet with the teacher so that you can address specific questions or concerns.
  6. Translation services are available.  Please indicate on the signup sheet when booking your meeting if you need translation services during your conference.
  7. If you cannot meet with your child’s teacher during parent teacher conferences you may want to take advantage of our Family Engagement Hours.  Family Engagement Hours is another way to meet with teachers to discuss your child’s progress.  Family Engagement Hours will be available after Parent-Teacher Conferences and will need to be scheduled through Microsoft Bookings.  Sign-up for Family Engagement Hours will be offered after Parent Teacher Conferences.
